  Karina Ramirez is the most qualified person that you should deal with at this bank, especially if you want to open an account. Fantastic, easy to deal with, and listens to her clients. She should be promoted to bank manager at this branch. I recommend her to all of our clients!

  If you're the kind of person that likes talking to Comcast or going to the DMV you'll love this place, if not i would avoid it. I've been lied to my face on 2 separate occasions and i had a terrible experience of being questioned about my personal life (which i wasn't comfortable answering) when i opened my account here by 2 foreign women. I had a hard time just depositing money here once. I'm not sure why all the problems, my account has always been in good standing, credit is good, money in my account and i don't have a problem at any other branch or at any other bank for that matter.
